When's CreatorFest scheduled to take place?

Creatorfest will commence on the 15th of August (Thursday). It will run for GA attendees until the night of Saturday the 17th. For VIP your event access will conclude on Sunday the 18th. 


What should I wear to the event?

Wear what makes you feel your best! CreatorFest is all about expressing yourself! Something that makes you feel confident and ready to engage with fellow attendees and speakers is perfect. 


Will there be Wi-Fi available at the venue?

Wifi will be available in the lobby and attendee rooms.


Will there be opportunities to meet and interact with other attendees?

Absolutely! You’ll have plenty of opportunities to mix and mingle with fellow attendees at the event. We’ve got so much going on in different areas designed to help you meet and network with other attendees that it would be hard not to! Whether it’s during networking sessions, breakout discussions, or casual meetups, get ready to connect with like-minded individuals, share ideas, and make new friends.


How old do I have to be to attend the Creatorfest?

All attendees need to be at least 18 years old to join the event.


Do you have affiliate opportunities to earn income by selling tickets?

Absolutely! After purchasing a ticket you’ll receive a CREATORCARD and your unique REFERRAL URL. Sharing this with anyone will credit their ticket sale to you! This means you’ll get $50 for every ticket sold, and as a bonus, your link will give them $50 off, so everyone wins!


When do I get paid for my affiliate ticket sales?

All affiliate ticket sales will be paid after Creatorfest closes. This is because if a ticket purchase is canceled or not paid in full we cannot issue an affiliate payment. You will see an email after the event announcing the next steps.

Tickets / Registration FAQ

Can I buy tickets on-site on the day of the event?

No, tickets must be purchased online in advance to attend the event. We do not offer on-site ticket sales.


What types of payments do you accept?

All major Credit cards are accepted online only. But if you choose to pay for your ticket in Chipotle gift cards we will accept that too. 


Can I get a refund if I'm unable to attend after registering?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. However, you have the option to transfer your ticket to someone else 30 days out from the event. Please contact us for assistance with ticket transfer at team@creatorfest.events. Understand if you transfer your ticket you will no longer be able to attend CreatorFest.


Do you offer discounts for group purchases?

Yes! Bringing a group of people makes everything more fun. We have discounts starting at 4 people or more. Simply email team@creatorfest.events and we will help you out with that.


How do I upgrade my ticket?

We love upgrades! Email us at team@creatorfest.events for an upgrade request and we will send you a link for the upgrade cost. 


Can I bring a guest to the event?

All attendees must purchase a ticket to enter the event. Guests included.


Where do I get my receipt?

When you sign up for the show, expect a confirmation email to land in your inbox. If you happen to misplace your receipt, don't sweat it! Just shoot us an email at team@creatorfest.events, and we'll sort you out in no time!


Just wrapped up my registration! What’s next?

Next, you’ll receive an email titled “CLAIM YOUR TICKET” This is where you can access your CreatorCard, receive your ticket QR code, and Your unique referral link. Sharing this link will get you $50 off fellow attendee tickets and $50 back in your pocket for every successful sale!


Can't find your confirmation email? What should you do?

In case you're on the hunt in your inbox,  look for all emails from team@creatorfest.events. That's the one you're looking for! If still nothing you can reach out to that same email to get taken care of.


Just stumbled upon a typo in my registration! What's the next step?

Reach out to team@creatofest.events with your receipt and we’ll have that updated.


How can I pick up my badge?

Instructions to receive your badge will be made in the month before the event. We have set up a wide window for registration to avoid long lines and instead make this a rather seamless process.


I misplaced my badge on-site, is it possible to get a replacement?

You will not receive an exact replacement with your name on it but you will be able to get a blank.

Where is the event located?

The event will be taking place at the JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek Resort and Spa. The address is: 14900 Chelonia Pkwy, Orlando, FL 32821


Do we have a discounted link for the hotel?

Is there parking available at the venue?

Yes, both self-parking and valet parking are available. The fees are $36.00 for self-parking and $52.00 for valet parking.

Are there accommodations available at the hotel?

Yes, we have secured discounted rates for event attendees at the hotel at a steal of a deal. You can click this link to go through our official booking portal and then grab a CreatorFest-only link. 


Will there be food and drinks available at the event?

Yes. Water and coffee/tee stations will be available for all attendees throughout the event. VIP’s will have access to a quality plated lunch on Friday and Saturday. There will also be a networking mixer on Thursday with the opportunity to purchase drinks via a cash bar on site. 


I have special accessibility needs/dietary requirements; can you accommodate me?

Upon purchasing a ticket, each attendee will be sent a form to complete. This form includes sections for you to detail any special accessibility needs or dietary requirements you have. This will help us accommodate everyone’s needs.

Are there volunteering opportunities?

Is there a schedule available for the event?

An event schedule will be provided to all ticket holders as we get closer to the event. Please note that this schedule is subject to updates as we finalize details approaching the event date

Will recordings be available?

All sessions are recorded and recordings will be available after the event to VIP attendees. We’re not like those other guys who charge you to replay what you were in the room for. We will send out details on how to get access to the recordings after the event.
